CDC exceeds the 5% threshold in VEOLIA

The Caisse des dépôts et consignations (CDC) announced, in a letter received on March 21, 2025, that it had increased its stake in VEOLIA ENVIRONNEMENT. On March 17, 2025, the CDC crossed the threshold of 5% of the company's capital and voting rights, now holding 5.04% of the shares and voting rights. This increase is the result of acquisitions on the market.

The distribution of shares is as follows: CDC directly holds 23,065,393 shares, or 3.11% of the capital, and indirectly, through CNP Assurances, Bpifrance Participations, LBP Prévoyance and LBP Assurances IARD, the remaining 37,358,551 shares. This acquisition strengthens CDC's position at VEOLIA.
