CENIT AG : Renouvellement prématuré du contrat du PDG Peter Schneck
Stuttgart, le 19 juin 2024 - Le conseil de surveillance de CENIT AG a approuvé la prolongation prématurée du contrat du PDG Peter Schneck. Initialement fixé pour trois ans, le contrat est désormais prolongé de cinq ans, jusqu'au 17 octobre 2029.
Peter Schneck a rejoint CENIT AG en tant que membre du Directoire le 18 octobre 2021. Il a été nommé CEO le 1er janvier 2022. Cette prolongation anticipée reflète la confiance dans son leadership.
