Centenario to Host Eden Property Update Webinar and Announces Private Placement Financing

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / May 21, 2024 / Centenario Gold Corp. (TSXV:CTG) will host a webinar at 10:00 am PDT on Thursday, May 30th, 2024. CEO & VP of Exploration Alain Charest and President Doug Fulcher will present updates on the Eden Property project in Mexico. Investors will receive details on the next phase of exploration and drilling programs.

Centenario also announced a private placement financing of up to $1,000,000. The funds will be used for further work on the Eden Gold-Silver Property and other general purposes. The company will issue up to 20,000,000 units at $0.05 per unit, each including one common share and one warrant, valid for 24 months at $0.10 per share.

The financing is available to shareholders owning common shares by May 31, 2024, and certain subscribers under the investment dealer exemption. Completion is subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance. Finders' fees may apply.
