Centra Capital Partners Teams Up With Equity Trust Company for Simplified Real Estate Investing

Centra Capital Partners and Equity Trust Company have announced a partnership enabling investors to use self-directed IRAs for funding single-family home investment opportunities. Notably, the collaboration features projects in Meadows at Hugo and Ramsey Waterfront Village, both located in Minneapolis suburbs.

"Real estate investing has been out of reach for many," says Dale Wills, Founder of Centra Capital Partners. "This collaboration breaks down barriers, allowing individuals to invest in alternative assets."

The Minneapolis housing market is tight, with rising prices and low inventory levels. Centra aims to provide affordable new homes by controlling each development's purchasing power and sales cycle. Wills highlights the synergy with Equity Trust, which allows investors to participate in real estate while addressing homeownership challenges for first-time buyers.

Opening an account with Equity Trust is quick, requiring only 10-15 minutes. As of January 2024, the company managed over $45 billion in assets, empowering retirement account holders with investment freedom. "We are excited to work alongside Centra," said Brad Janitz, Senior Director of Sales at Equity Trust Company.
