Central Florida Expressway Expands Visitor Toll Pass(TM) Distribution to All Orlando International Airport Terminals
The Central Florida Expressway Authority (CFX) has extended the distribution of its Visitor Toll Pass™ at Orlando International Airport (MCO). New pick-up and drop-off points are now available in Terminals A, B, and C. This service offers a budget-friendly alternative to costly rental car toll programs, potentially saving users up to 80% on toll fees.
The Visitor Toll Pass™ can be easily reserved via a dedicated app available on Google Play and the Apple App Store. After downloading the app, users can follow simple instructions to provide trip and rental car details. Notifications can be enabled to receive updates on trip and toll activities.
Visitors can collect their pass at six different locations within MCO's terminals. The installation process involves adding the rental car’s license plate to the app and placing the pass on the rearview mirror. Upon departure from the airport, they are ready for seamless travel. After the trip, the pass can be returned at one of 14 drop boxes around the airport. Tolls are billed directly to the credit card linked to the pass without additional fees.
This initiative is the first of its kind in the U.S. and aims to improve the visitor experience in Central Florida, a premier travel destination with over 200 miles of local toll roads.
