CEO Axel Deininger to Resign from secunet Security Networks AG
secunet Security Networks AG announced that CEO Axel Deininger will step down from the Management Board on 20 May 2025. This decision was mutually agreed upon with the Supervisory Board. Deininger has been part of the board since 2018 and took over as Chairman in 2019. His departure marks a notable change in the leadership of the company.
Marc-Julian Siewert is set to succeed Deininger on 1 July 2025. He will also assume the role of Chairman of the Management Board. During the transition period, Deininger's responsibilities will be managed by the current board members. The future board will include Siewert, Torsten Henn, Dr. Kai Martius, and Jessica Nospers.
