Opening of a recovery procedure for Cerinnov Group
On September 24, 2025, Cerinnov Group announced the opening of receivership proceedings for its entities CERINNOV GROUP SA and CERINNOV SAS. Specializing in robotic engineering for the ceramics and glass industry, the group has been facing a decline in activity since 2024. Global economic uncertainties have slowed investments, exacerbating its financial difficulties.
In 2024, an unpaid debt of €900,000 and disputed receivables of €200,000 weighed on cash flow. The company hopes to ensure the continuation of its activities and preserve employment through a judicial administrator. The group's other structures are not affected by this procedure. Cerinnov's listing on Euronext remains suspended until the publication of the 2024 report.
