Certificate from the auditor of BNP Paribas Home Loan SFH for 2023

BNP Paribas Home Loan SFH has published the attestation of its statutory auditors relating to the cash flow statement for the 2023 financial year. This document, prepared for the Covered Bond program prospectus, has been audited by Deloitte et Associés in accordance with the standards French professionals.

The auditors verified the conformity of the information in the cash flow statement with the company's annual accounts. Their work, although it did not constitute a complete audit, ensured that the procedures for producing the information were adequate and that the data was consistent with the accounts for the financial year, without making negative observations on the concordance of the information.

The report reveals a significant increase in net operating cash flow, from -€933 million in 2022 to €88 million in 2023. On the other hand, net cash flow from financing activities fell, thus affecting the net change in cash flow which however improved, closing at an increase of almost 11 million euros.
