Cession partielle de Sport1 GmbH par Sport1 Medien AG
Sport1 Medien AG, filiale intégrale de Highlight Communications AG, a conclu un accord de coopération approfondie avec ACUNMEDYA, groupe international de médias et divertissement basé à Istanbul. Cet accord prévoit la vente de 50% des parts de Sport1 GmbH pour un montant de 30 millions d’euros.
ACUNMEDYA s’engage à produire pour Sport1 ses programmes de divertissement et de divertissement sportif reconnus internationalement. Highlight Communications AG continuera de consolider intégralement Sport1 GmbH à des fins comptables.
La finalisation de la transaction est conditionnée à l'obtention des approbations réglementaires et antitrust nécessaires.
