CEWE Announces Leadership Transition
CEWE Stiftung & Co. KGaA has announced upcoming management changes. During a recent meeting, the Neumüller CEWE COLOR Stiftung Board of Trustees decided that the current CEO, Ms. Yvonne Rostock, will conclude her tenure. Her role will be succeeded by Mr. Thomas Mehls, a member of the Executive Board, on May 1, 2025. This transition marks a shift in the leadership of the company.
Additionally, Mr. Patrick Berkhouwer, also an Executive Board member, will assume the position of Deputy Chairman. The Executive Board's structure will reduce its members from six to five. Furthermore, Ms. Sirka Hintze will join the board on June 1, 2025, and transition to the role of Chief Financial Officer by August 15, 2025, succeeding Dr. Olaf Holzkämper.
