CEWE Forecasts Continued Growth in 2025

CEWE Stiftung & Co. KGaA has announced its financial results for 2024, along with projections for 2025, at its annual financial conference. The company reported a 6.7% increase in turnover to €832.8 million and an EBIT rise to €86.1 million for 2024. The proposed dividend increase of 9.6% marks the 16th consecutive year of dividend growth, subject to shareholder approval.
For 2025, CEWE anticipates a turnover increase up to €865 million and an EBIT of up to €92 million. The company attributes its success to strategic investments in markets, innovation, and sustainability, alongside a focus on photofinishing, which saw a significant revenue increase of 8.4% in 2024.
In contrast, turnover for Commercial Online-Print experienced a slight decline, though cost efficiency maintained positive EBIT. Retail turnover was intentionally reduced, yet improved its contribution to Group EBIT. The equity ratio, free cash flow, and ROCE remained robust, illustrating CEWE's financial stability.
