CEWE Announces Executive Board Changes for Future Growth
CEWE Stiftung & Co. KGaA has revealed upcoming changes in its Executive Board, aiming to adapt strategically for the future. Ms. Yvonne Rostock, current CEO of Neumüller CEWE COLOR Stiftung, will step down upon her term's end, with Mr. Thomas Mehls assuming the role of Chairman from May 1, 2025. Mr. Mehls, experienced in marketing and sustainability at CEWE, will lead a reduced board alongside Mr. Patrick Berkhouwer, the newly appointed Deputy Chairman.
Sirka Hintze will also join as Chief Financial Officer on August 15, 2025, bringing international financial expertise to the role. The board restructuring reduces members from six to five, reflecting a streamlined leadership approach. CEWE, a leader in photofinishing and online printing, continues its evolution amid leadership transitions, maintaining its focus on growth and innovation.
