Launch of a Capital Increase by CFI

Compagnie Foncière Internationale (CFI) announces a capital increase of €397,214.16, with maintenance of preferential subscription rights. This transaction aims to replenish shareholders' equity following a prior capital reduction. The share price is set at €0.93, representing a 35% discount to the previous closing price. The majority shareholder, Financière Apsys SAS, will subscribe to its existing share and the remaining amount.

This capital increase will be subject to a subscription period from December 11 to 18, 2025, without any guarantee of completion. The new shares will be listed on Euronext Paris from December 29, 2025. The management of the transaction was decided in accordance with a delegation of authority from the Annual General Meeting of June 2025.
