Chaberton Partners, a European executive search firm, has acquired a majority stake in Ganci Partners. This merger creates one of the top three executive search firms in Switzerland, with a prominent position in French-speaking regions. The combined entity will operate in 12 cities across Europe, including Italy, France, Switzerland, and Austria.

The partnership aims to enhance its market reach and accelerate growth in European markets. Ganci Partners, with its 18 consultants and assessment center Novelia, joins forces with Chaberton's robust growth trajectory across four core markets. The integration will enhance services for clients and candidates in a rapidly changing business environment.

The transaction is set to expand the firm's influence, particularly in German-speaking Switzerland and neighboring countries. Terms of the deal remain undisclosed, but the union marks a significant growth step for both companies.
