Evolution Metals & Technologies Corp. Announces Revenue Guidance and New Magnet Grades

Evolution Metals & Technologies Corp. (EM&T) reaffirms its fiscal year 2027 revenue guidance between $400 million and $460 million. The U.S.-based company has introduced eight sintered neodymium-iron-boron (NdFeB) magnet grades, covering an estimated 75% of global NdFeB revenue. Seven of these grades have already achieved customer certification. This positions EM&T as a significant player in the global rare earth magnet market.

The company plans to scale up its production capabilities to over 10,000 metric tons annually, with 6,000 metric tons dedicated to high-performance sintered magnets. By mid-2027, EM&T expects to start producing samarium cobalt (SmCo) magnets, which are integral to U.S. military systems. This move comes in response to the U.S. Army's need for rare earth magnets.

EM&T's revenue share strategy emphasizes premium high-temperature grades that demand the highest prices. With the U.S. defense sector seeking non-China SmCo supply, EM&T aims to meet this growing demand. The new production line will leverage the expertise of Kenji Konishi, an industry veteran.
