Change in Danone's executive committee
Danone has announced the departure of Shane Grant, member of the Executive Committee and Group Deputy CEO. He is leaving the company to pursue a new career opportunity outside of Danone. His departure will be effective June 13, 2025.
Véronique Penchienati-Bosetta, Deputy CEO of the Group, will temporarily assume Grant's responsibilities. Antoine de Saint-Affrique, CEO, expressed his gratitude to Shane Grant for his contribution since 2020, highlighting his leadership in Danone's development in North and Latin America.
The transition is being carried out with particular attention to business continuity and the pursuit of the company's strategic objectives.
