Change in Leadership Announced at cyan AG
Munich-based cyan AG's Supervisory Board has announced a forthcoming change in its Management Board. CEO Thomas Kicker will end his contract early, effective July 31, 2025, citing personal reasons. Kicker's leadership has been pivotal in cyan's recent transformation and repositioning over the past 18 months. The Board extends gratitude for his contributions, noting a productive and successful partnership during his tenure.
The search for Kicker's successor is underway, led by a renowned headhunter. In the interim, Markus Cserna will assume the role of sole Management Board member, starting August 1, 2025.
