Change in the management of the Emmi Group

Lucerne, June 14, 2024 – Sacha D. Gerber, CFO and member of the Emmi Group Management, is leaving his position for personal reasons. Oliver Wasem, current Head Group Controlling & Investor Relations, is appointed new CFO as of July 1, 2024. The Board of Directors regrets this decision and thanks Sacha D. Gerber for his important contribution.

Oliver Wasem has been with the Emmi Group since 2013. He has held various positions including Deputy CFO and Chairman of the Emmi Pension Foundation. His background includes positions at Forbo, PwC and Arthur Andersen. He holds a master's degree in economics and is a qualified chartered accountant.

Ricarda Demarmels, CEO of Emmi, expressed her satisfaction at the idea of continuing to work with Oliver Wasem, highlighting his experience and commitment.
