Change in the NSE Group Board of Directors
Philippe Brel, Chairman of the NSE Group Management Board, is stepping down to pursue a career elsewhere. The Supervisory Board expressed its gratitude for his leadership role and made important succession decisions.
Alain Rocher, currently Vice President of the Services Business Unit and member of the Management Board, will succeed him from January 1, 2025. Laurent Debaret, Chief Financial Officer, will continue to effectively support the group's management. Their expertise is an asset in maintaining business continuity and meeting commitments to stakeholders.
In parallel, a recruitment professional will look for a new President to support the development and performance of the group. A new press release on 2024 turnover is expected on January 28, 2025.
