Change in the Viridien Board of Directors
On October 31, 2024, Viridien announced the resignation of Helen LEE BOUYGUES from her position as director, effective September 11, 2024. To replace her, the Board of Directors co-opted Amélie OYARZABAL as an independent director. The latter will hold the position until the 2027 General Meeting.
Amélie OYARZABAL, with over 25 years of experience in financial consulting, also joins the Audit and Risk Management Committee, as well as the New Business and M&A Committee. This appointment remains to be ratified by the General Meeting in 2025. Philippe SALLE, Chairman of the Board, expressed his satisfaction with this new co-optation while thanking Helen LEE BOUYGUES for her contribution since 2018.
