Change of Governance at Renault Group
On June 15, 2025, Renault Group announced the departure of Luca de Meo, CEO for the past five years. Scheduled for July 15, 2025, this departure marks the end of a successful transformation period for the company led by Jean-Dominique Senard. The Board of Directors thanked Luca de Meo for his significant contributions and is committed to continuing the established succession process.
Under Luca de Meo's leadership, Renault Group has returned to growth, consolidated its product range, and restored its financial foundations. His work has been recognized by results described as exceptional. This departure opens a new chapter for the Group, while de Meo seeks new challenges beyond the automotive sector.
