Change to Goldflare's Board of Directors

PIEDMONT, QC, March 11, 2024 – Goldflare Exploration Inc. (TSXV:GOFL), announced today the resignation of Serge Roy as Vice-President, Strategy and Business and Chairman of the Board. Serge Roy, having served since 2019, steps down for personal reasons but highlights Goldflare as a company with significant high-potential assets in Canada. Goldflare’s CEO, Ghislain Morin, acknowledged Roy's contributions, recognizing the challenges and opportunities his departure presents for the company.

Sara Pedneault, currently an independent director on the Board, will take over Roy's responsibilities on the Company's audit board. Ghislain Morin will assume the role of Chairman of the Board, aiming to bring new perspectives and a revitalizing vision to Goldflare Exploration.
