Change to the AdUX Board of Directors

AdUX, a key player in digital advertising, has announced significant changes to its Board of Directors. Mr. Benjamin van de Vrie, Chairman of the Board since April 2022, will leave his position after the Annual General Meeting scheduled for June 26, 2024. He has played an essential role in the recent development of the company and will join the Supervisory Board of Azerion.

Her succession will be ensured by Ms. Catharina Hillström, currently a member of the Board of Directors of AdUX and recognized as an independent director according to the standards of the Middlenext code. She will take over the presidency of the AdUX Board following the departure of Mr. van de Vrie.

Furthermore, AdUX will begin a selection process for a new administrator who will join the Board of Directors after these changes. This strategic reshuffle comes in a context of continuity and strengthening of corporate governance.
