Changes Ahead for Borussia Dortmund's Supervisory Board
Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA has announced proposed changes to the composition of its Supervisory Board, which will be addressed at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for November 25, 2024. Long-serving members Christian Kullmann and Bodo Löttgen intend to step down, having decided not to stand for re-election. Kullmann has been with the board since 2007 and served as chairman since 2021, while Löttgen has been a member since 2019.
Christian Schmid and Michael Zorc have been nominated as their successors. Meanwhile, other board members, including Judith Dommermuth and Matthias Bäumer, will seek re-election. Post-meeting, the reconstituted board will address key leadership roles, particularly concerning the chairmanship and the Audit Committee's composition.
