Changes in Compagnie des Alpes Board of Directors

On October 11, 2024, the Board of Directors of Compagnie des Alpes announced a new appointment. Martine Gerow, current Group CFO of Accor, was co-opted as an independent director. She replaces Caisse d'Epargne Rhône-Alpes, which resigned, and will serve until the General Meeting for approval of the financial statements for the year ending September 30, 2026. Her appointment will be ratified at the next General Meeting.

Furthermore, Caisse d'Epargne Rhône-Alpes, represented by François Codet, will now serve as a non-voting member of the Board until the same General Meeting in 2026. Upcoming releases include 2023/2024 fourth-quarter sales on October 22, 2024, and annual results on December 3, 2024.
