Changes in Polygone’s Shareholding Structure

GL EVENTS, a major player in the events industry, has announced changes in the shareholding structure of Polygone, its controlling holding company. On February 4, 2025, Olivier Ginon, via his holding company "Le Grand Rey", sold 8.9% of Polygone's shares to Trévise Participations. A few days later, on February 7, he acquired 5.33% of the shares from Matmut.

This reorganization results in a new distribution of Polygone shares. Olivier Ginon, with Le Grand Rey and La Ferme d'Anna, now holds 58% of the capital. Trévise Participations holds 28.9%, and the SCIRs of Crédit Agricole 13.1%. It should be noted that Mr. Ginon and Trévise Participations will not act in concert and the shareholders' agreement remains unchanged.
