On January 24, 2025, Esker announced major changes to its Supervisory Board, reflecting its new ownership structure. Following a friendly takeover bid by Bridgepoint in partnership with General Atlantic and management shareholders, several members of the Board were replaced.

Ameeta Soni has given way to David Nicault, a partner at Bridgepoint, known for his participation in various technology acquisitions. Jean-Pierre Lac has left his position to Vincent-Gaël Baudet, who heads Bridgepoint Europe's activities in France. Finally, Steve Vandenberg has been replaced by Maciej Chrystowski, also a director at Bridgepoint.
