Changes to Management Board of Lenzing AG
As of September 1, 2024, Rohit Aggarwal will assume the position of CEO at Lenzing AG, succeeding Stephan Sielaff, who is leaving at the end of August 2024. The Lenzing Group, a major supplier of regenerated cellulose fibers, has carefully orchestrated this transition with mutual agreement from the Supervisory Board.
Aggarwal brings extensive experience from leading roles in the textile and chemical industries across Europe, the USA, and Asia. His expertise is expected to steer Lenzing towards continued success. Chairman Cord Prinzhorn expressed confidence in Aggarwal's capability to manage upcoming challenges.
Outgoing CEO Sielaff acknowledged the collective efforts that have fortified the company. Aggarwal voiced his gratitude for the seamless transition and emphasized the need for persistent efforts in navigating the demanding market landscape.
