Changes to the Aventador Board of Directors

Aventador, a company listed on Euronext Growth Paris, announces a change in its Board of Directors. On November 15, 2024, the resignation of Mr. Ali Kaptanoğlu was accepted, motivated by personal reasons. The company expresses its gratitude for his contribution.

To replace him, Mr. Hüseyin Ural Aküzüm has been co-opted. A lawyer at Kabine Law, his expertise in business law is considered an asset for Aventador internationally. Mr. Gilles-Emmanuel Trutat, Chairman of the Board, welcomes this appointment to strengthen the company's governance.
