Changes to the Board of Directors at DynaResource, Inc.

DynaResource, Inc., a company based in Irving, Texas, has announced the appointment of Dr. Quinton Hennigh and Mr. Brent Omland as directors to its board of directors, effective February 16, 2024. Their appointments compensate for the departures of Dr. Jose Vargas Lugo and Mr. Ronald Vail, who are thus vacating their seats on the board. Dr. Vargas Lugo will remain the Director of Operations for Mexico, and Mr. Vail will observe the board's decisions without voting rights.

Dr. Hennigh, an exploration geologist with 33 years of experience, predominantly in the gold sector, and Mr. Omland, a mining executive with 20 years of experience, bring their extensive expertise to strengthen the board of directors. Mr. Omland joins from Ocean Partners Holdings Limited, a key partner of DynaResource that purchases nearly all of the company's gold production.

The President and CEO of DynaResource, Mr. K.D. Diepholz, has expressed his enthusiasm for these appointments, highlighting the renowned expertise of these professionals. Dr. Hennigh has also shown eagerness to collaborate on the development of current resources and the discovery of new deposits at the San José de Gracia project.
