Changes to the Board of Directors of Cembra

Zurich, 28 January 2025 - Cembra Money Bank AG announced that Dr. Monica Mächler will depart from the Board of Directors after her current term. As a replacement, Wanda Eriksen is nominated for election at the upcoming 2025 Annual General Meeting.

Dr. Mächler, who joined the board in 2015 and served as Chairwoman of the Audit and Risk Committee, is stepping down due to a ten-year term limit. Her contributions have significantly strengthened the bank's resilience.

Wanda Eriksen, a seasoned board professional, brings extensive knowledge in finance, risk management, and auditing. Currently, she holds prominent positions at the Swiss Federal Audit Oversight Authority, AXA Switzerland, and J.P. Morgan SE.
