Changes to the Board of Directors of Compagnie des Alpes

On October 11, 2024, Compagnie des Alpes announced changes to its Board of Directors. At the October 10 meeting, Martine Gerow was co-opted as an independent director. She replaces Caisse d'Epargne Rhône-Alpes, which resigned, until the 2026 general meeting. Ms. Gerow's appointment will be subject to ratification at the next general meeting.

Currently Chief Financial Officer of the Accor group, Martine Gerow has held management positions at American Express, Carlson Wagonlit and Solocal. Caisse d'Epargne Rhône-Alpes, represented by François Codet, becomes a non-voting member until the initial expiry of its term in 2026.
