Changes to the Supervisory Board and Management Board of PNE Group
PNE AG has announced significant leadership changes in its Supervisory and Management Boards. CEO Markus Lesser will leave the company on 31 July 2024. Current Chairman Per Hornung Pedersen will assume the role of interim CEO from 1 August 2024 until 31 March 2025, resigning from the Supervisory Board while Marc van’t Noordende will temporarily take over as Chairman.
Additionally, Roland Stanze, currently Division Head and EVP at PNE AG, will join the Management Board as COO, effective 1 August 2024. The search for a new permanent CEO is progressing well. Pedersen, Stanze, and CFO Harald Wilbert will ensure stability during this transition period.
Pedersen expressed confidence in Stanze's capability to support PNE AG's growth and navigate the dynamic wind energy market. Stanze highlighted the company's substantial project pipeline and commitment to seizing growth opportunities.
