Changes to the Supervisory Board of Klöckner & Co SE Announced
Klöckner & Co SE disclosed that Ute Wolf plans to resign from the Supervisory Board and the position of Chairwoman of the Audit Committee after the next Annual General Meeting scheduled for May 23, 2024. The company intends to nominate Dagmar Steinert as Wolf's replacement, who will also join the Audit Committee. Steinert, currently the CFO of Rheinmetall AG, brings significant experience in the financial sector to the table.
Prof. Dr.-Ing. Dieter H. Vogel, Head of the Supervisory Board, expressed gratitude towards Ute Wolf for her seven years of contribution and welcomed Steinert as a highly competent candidate for the board. Prior to her role at Rheinmetall AG, Steinert gained extensive experience at Fuchs Petrolub SE, where she held various leadership roles including CFO. Upon her election, Steinert will assume her place on the Audit Committee, with Uwe Röhrhoff appointed as the new Chairman of this committee.
