Changes to voting rights and denominator at Econocom Group

On May 16, 2024, Econocom Group published the details concerning voting rights and the denominator, in accordance with article 15, §1 of the law of May 2, 2007. The total of securities that can confer voting rights is 179,045 .899. With 118,857,593 shares with single voting rights and 60,188,306 shares with double voting rights, the total voting rights reach 239,234,205. On this same date, 6,903,730 treasury shares were held by the company, with voting rights suspended.

Econocom Group also communicated on option and free share plans for its staff and managers, comprising 250,000 free shares and 200,000 stock options, linking their allocation to the achievement of specific objectives. The company specifies that it has not added any additional thresholds to those imposed by law in its statutes.
