CHAPTERS Group AG finalise le rachat et le remboursement des obligations 2020
CHAPTERS Group AG a annoncé le rachat définitif et le remboursement intégral de son obligation perpétuelle 2020. Après un premier rachat de 9 millions d'euros en avril 2024, une deuxième offre de rachat a été lancée pour le montant nominal restant de 16 millions d'euros. Cette offre sera disponible sur le site web de la société et au Journal officiel fédéral à partir du 17 mars 2025. La période d'acceptation s'étend du 18 au 21 mars 2025, avec un prix de rachat fixé à 98,72 % de la valeur nominale.
Une fois l'opération terminée, l'obligation sera entièrement remboursée et résiliée d'ici mai 2025, marquant ainsi la fin de cet engagement financier de CHAPTERS Group AG.
