Chargeurs Museum Studio Acquires 52% Stake in Grand Palais Immersif

Chargeurs Museum Studio has become the controlling shareholder of Grand Palais Immersif. The acquisition, representing a 52% stake, comes alongside historical shareholders Réunion des Musées Nationaux – Grand Palais, Banque des Territoires, and VINCI Immobilier.

Grand Palais Immersif, situated in Place de la Bastille, Paris, is acclaimed for its innovative cultural exhibitions combining art and technology. Notable past exhibitions include "La Joconde" and "Venise Révélée," attracting over 360,000 visitors. Currently, it features "Decoding Korea," highlighting contemporary Korean culture.

This strategic partnership aims to accelerate international growth by exporting successful exhibitions worldwide. Chargeurs Museum Studio's involvement is expected to strengthen its presence in France, following international expansions in the USA, UK, Italy, and the Middle East.

The new collaboration also plans to expand its editorial offerings by exploring major artistic movements, pop culture phenomena, and contemporary artists. An upcoming exhibition by Miguel Chevalier on digital art is scheduled for November at Grand Palais Immersif.
