Chargeurs Reports Strong Q1 2024 Revenue Growth Across All Divisions
Chargeurs announced a significant rise in its Q1 2024 revenue, achieving a 10.0% like-for-like growth compared to Q1 2023, with a total revenue of €178.8 million. The growth was uniformly distributed across all business sectors, including the Luxury, Technologies, and Materials divisions.
The Luxury division saw an impressive 20.2% growth, largely due to new product categories and services. The Technologies division experienced a 6.2% growth, bolstered by advancements in material technology. The Museum Studio sub-segment reported the highest growth at 34.9%, driven by ongoing projects and new initiatives. Chargeurs' operational structure also saw enhancements with new executive appointments following a successful takeover bid.
In financial specifics, Chargeurs' Advanced Materials reported a revenue increase to €72.4 million, up by 2.7%. Likewise, revenues in PCC Fashion Technologies grew by 11.1% to €51.3 million despite stable reported revenue due to foreign exchange impacts. The Luxury Fibers segment saw a 7.4% increase, supported by strategic focus on high-quality wool varieties like NATIVATM Merino wool.
