Charlotte Johs Resigns from Cherry SE Supervisory Board
Munich, 17 February 2025 – Charlotte Johs will resign from her position on the Supervisory Board of Cherry SE, effective 28 February 2025. She plans to join the Supervisory Board of Danish Store Nord. Cherry SE acknowledged her resignation and expressed gratitude for her contributions, particularly as Chair of the Nomination Committee and a member of the Technology & Innovation Committee.
Johs was elected to the board at the Annual General Meeting in May 2023, and her expertise was instrumental in the strategic development of the company. The decision will prompt the Supervisory Board to reevaluate its size relative to Cherry SE's corporate needs.
Johs expressed regret over her resignation, citing personal planning, but remains hopeful about Cherry's future. Marcel Stolk, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, praised Johs for her dedication and expertise, wishing her success in her forthcoming endeavors.
