Charwood Innovation raises €1.5 million on LITA.co

Charwood Innovation, a subsidiary of Charwood Energy, announces the successful completion of its €1.5 million bond offering on LITA.co. This fundraising will accelerate the development of pyrogasification solutions, an innovative technology that produces green gas from biomass.

With this funding, Charwood Innovation aims to strengthen its equipment and expand its testing capabilities. The project includes a partnership with Verallia France for the operation of a syngas production plant. The bonds issued, bearing an interest rate of 9% over four years, were 75% guaranteed by Charwood Energy.

This initiative is part of a sustainable industrial strategy, supported by the LITA.co platform, which specializes in sustainable investment. Charwood Energy, a key player in the biomass energy transition, thus continues to strengthen its position in the renewable energy market.
