Cherry SE Seeks New Auditor for 2025
Cherry SE has announced that RSM Ebner Stolz will not serve as its auditor for the 2025 financial year. This decision was communicated to the company despite RSM Ebner Stolz having been elected as auditor by Cherry's Annual General Meeting on July 22, 2025. In response, Cherry SE plans to seek a court-appointed auditor and is in discussions with two reputable auditing firms to assume the role.
