Chery's PHEVs Impress in 1,700+ KM Test Drive

In a recent test drive from October 14th to 16th, Chery's PHEVs showcased their capabilities over a 1,700+ KM journey. Starting in Guangzhou and ending at Chery's headquarters in Wuhu, the Tiggo 9 PHEV and Arrizo 8 PHEV demonstrated impressive power and efficiency. They won praise from key opinion consumers (KOCs) for their advanced charging technologies and extended range.

Both models featured prominently during the Mount Longhu driving challenge. The Tiggo 9 PHEV, equipped with a 1.5T engine and DHT hybrid transmission, impressed with 450 kW output power and a torque of 915 N·m. Meanwhile, the Arrizo 8 PHEV's 1.5TGDI engine stood out for its low fuel consumption and 44.5% thermal efficiency.

The vehicles' intelligent control systems offered robust safety features, including L2.9-level ADAS and real-time vehicle monitoring. Their long-range capabilities were highlighted at Poyang Lake, achieving over 1,400 km in total range, which met long-distance travel needs efficiently.
