Church’s Texas Chicken® Enhances Partnership with ArrowStream by Integrating New Quality Assurance Module

ArrowStream, a leader in foodservice supply chain solutions, announced a renewed partnership with Church’s Texas Chicken®, a major player in the quick-service chicken restaurant sector. The renewed contract continues the use of ArrowStream’s Central platform and integrates its Foodservice Incident Management (FSIM) solution to streamline Church’s Texas Chicken® supply chain management.

With over 800 U.S. locations and a history of partnership spanning 15 years, Church’s Texas Chicken® will employ FSIM to enhance visibility, accountability, and response times across its supply chain. The FSIM solution will help the brand to manage incidents more efficiently, ensuring faster resolution times and optimizing credit recovery for restaurants.
