Cicor Technologies Expands Footprint in Sweden and Germany

On November 8, 2024, Cicor Technologies Ltd announced the acquisition of Swedish company Nordic Engineering Partner AB (NEP), marking a significant step into the Nordic market. NEP, with its engineering offices near Stockholm, specializes in healthcare, industrial, and aerospace electronic systems. With 45 employees, NEP reported sales of SEK 52 million as of June 2024. This acquisition aligns with Cicor’s strategy to become a major European electronics design and manufacturing partner by 2028.

Moreover, Cicor is in final negotiations to acquire a German electronics service provider, with expectations to complete the deal by early 2025. This move aims to bolster Cicor’s position in Germany’s electronic market, particularly in medical technology and industrial sectors. The German company recorded sales between EUR 20-30 million recently, aligning with Cicor’s growth objectives.
