Compagnie du Bois Sauvage conducted a share buy-back program from August 26 to August 30, 2024. This implementation follows the authorization granted at the extraordinary general meeting on April 28, 2021.
The transactions were made on the NYSE Euronext Market in Brussels. The details are as follows: on August 26, 95 shares were purchased at an average price of €263.95; on August 27, 31 shares at €268.00; on August 29, 62 shares at €271.24; and on August 30, 115 shares at €271.73. No transactions were made on August 28.
In total, 303 shares were bought back, amounting to a gross total of €81,449.00. Since October 2, 2023, 33,379 shares have been bought back for a cumulative amount of €8,769,845.01, representing 2% of the outstanding shares.
