Circus SE has announced the filing of six new patents that secure essential technologies for its CA-M defense AI robot. These patents are designed to protect critical technologies, creating a substantial entry barrier for competitors in the defense sector. The move aims to ensure Circus' technological sovereignty and forms a base for future development, scalability, and commercialization.

The patents cover various aspects of the autonomous AI robot CA-M, which integrates culinary autonomy with defense technologies. This positions Circus as a leader in dual-use robotics. With these filings, Circus seeks to consolidate its role as a strategic player in AI-driven robotics, particularly within NATO and allied forces.

Founder and CEO Nikolas Bullwinkel emphasized the importance of patents for global expansion, stating that Circus is not only automating field catering but also redefining critical mission support systems.
