Circus SE: Memorandum of Understanding Concluded in China

Hamburg, June 12, 2024 – Circus SE has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Beijing University Food Raw Material Joint Procurement Center. This agreement covers the potential supply of 5,400 Circus Autonomy One (CA-1) robots, designed for food production. The Procurement Center caters to over 90 universities in Beijing.

This MoU marks a significant step in Circus SE's plan to penetrate the Asian market. It follows discussions from May 14, 2024, and represents a preliminary, non-binding agreement outlining key collaboration terms. Upcoming steps include further negotiations and initial product tests at select educational institutions in Beijing. Successful tests and final contracts could lead to substantial revenue in the low single-digit billion euro range over several years. Additionally, Circus SE is in talks with other potential customers in different countries.
