City Tower Vienna Acquired by United Benefits Holding in Major Real Estate Deal

City Tower Vienna, a prominent office property in Austria, has been acquired by EURO REAL ESTATE from IMMOFINANZ for over 150 million Euros. This sale, facilitated by United Benefits Holding, marks the largest transaction in Austria's office property market for 2024. The property, located at a strategic site near Wien Mitte railway station, offers 26,600 sqm of usable space.

The City Tower is fully leased to the Republic of Austria and houses the judiciary center of Wien Mitte. It features a high-rise tower with 24 above-ground and four underground floors, including 100 underground parking spots. This acquisition not only underscores the commitment of EURO REAL ESTATE to premium investments but also reflects a significant confidence in Vienna's market despite the current challenging investment climate.

Professionals from various fields including legal, tax, and financing aided the transaction, ensuring a smooth and successful acquisition. The deal aligns with United Benefits Holding's strategy to enhance their portfolio with sustainable and long-term value assets, supported by their expertise in real estate investment and asset management.
