Claranova: Publication of the number of voting rights and shares as of July 31, 2024

Paris, August 5, 2024 - Claranova SE has published the figures relating to the number of shares and voting rights making up its share capital as of July 31, 2024, in accordance with the requirements of the Commercial Code and the General Regulations of the Market Authority Financials.

The share capital of Claranova consists of 57,206,910 shares, corresponding to a theoretical equal number of voting rights. However, after deduction of shares deprived of voting rights, i.e. 3,096,693 shares, the number of exercisable voting rights amounts to 54,110,217.
