Claranova's First-Half Results Show Profitability Growth

Claranova reported first-half revenue of €294 million for FY 2024-2025, maintaining a stable performance despite fewer sales days due to holiday timing. EBITDA grew by 23% at constant exchange rates, reaching €34 million, with a margin of 11.4%. Net income rose significantly to €9.6 million, and operating activities generated €69 million in cash flow.
The company focuses on transforming into a pure software publisher. A potential sale of its PlanetArt division is under review, which could enhance profitability and further reduce debt. Avanquest's software division saw a revenue of €60 million, with an EBITDA margin over 21% due to strategic SaaS sales. The Group holds a solid cash position of €97 million and continues to optimize operating costs and cash flow generation.
These results align with Claranova’s strategic roadmap, aiming for sustainable and profitable growth.
